Is the option break point at message not available in 710? Could not find that option while debugging

Can you please add the screen shot of the available options ?

I am using a more recent version, but i guess it still available under the option - Insert Break point, where you will get all the options.

You can also put a breakpoint at the command 'message' which can also be used.
