Complete Trial Account wipe - HANA Cloud Platform

Hello,

I have an urgent issue regarding my account. Today HANA Cloud Platform account was unable to login - showing me an error with service unavailable. After service comes to life again, my account is completely wiped out. There are no GIT Repositories, WebIDE Workspace is empty and all HTML5 Apps are gone too. Do you know where I can report this and ask for recovery or why this thing happened?
