Hi All,
I am currently working on Crystal Reports 2013 version and I have "WhilePrintingRecords Shared Count Variables" in my main report which are used at two places.
1st Place: Group Header for detailed reporting purpose individual to the Order ID
2nd Place : Report Footer for summary purpose I need to build Pie chart at Report footer section to simply replace the summary lines over to visualization in this case Pie chart
So far, I have created another set of Global variables to call these shared variables within them and I am able to see these Global variable formulas within the chart expert hence I dragged it to the 'For all the records' section under 'show values' but when I refresh the report I get the below error "A Print time formula that modifies variables is used in a chart or map"
Does anyone have the pdf "Charting on Print TIme Formulas"? If so please share it as I am unable to find the same for past 3 days on this community.
I need to refer to that document before I implement the below blog as this is close to my current requirment

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
Mr Y
This was achieved by passing the Formula fields from Main Report into the Sub-report using "Change Subreport links" which pushed them into Sub-report as Parameters .. Then I just referenced these parameters individually in seperate formula fields in the Sub-report.. When I created the chart within the Sub-report there is "On change of" which is crucial field on which your formula relies on ... Viola my chart is up and running now
Thanks to the blog I have mentioned in this post !
