Record Z1 /ISDFPS/MPO_LIST does not exist in table T133E

I created a new Material View by copying one of the existing tabs (Std ind.(short) tab pages) and adding in my screen. But when I execute MM02 and go to the bottom of the Basic Data Screen and click the button (Display all MPO Assignments) I am getting the error message "Record Z1 /ISDFPS/MPO_LIST does not exist in table T133E.

My question is how do I get the entry into the T133E table
