MTTR/MTBR Caluclation For Machine Wise/Line Wise/Section Wise.

Dear PM experts

1. We have Forging section, under this different lines like V1 Line,V2,V3,.....V7 and each line is having 3 machines so client is asking to calculate MTTR/MTBR for machine wise, line wise and section wise, as per SAP Standard if we create breakdown maintenance notification against machine then will get MTTR/MTBR for machine wise, here client dont want to create notification against location, so in this situation how we can calculate the MTTR/MTBR for all the above three cases.

2.MTTR/MTBR calculation System will consider the availability hours of machine 24 hrs in a day but our client is running machine as per their requirement it means some times 8 hours, 12hrs, 24 hrs.. etc, in this case how system will get to know the machine availability time for MTTR/MTBR Calculation.

Please suggest the solution for above the questions.
