Hardware Requirements SAP Customer Checkout

I contact you as we are currently in a negotiation with a Lead Client who is aiming to set up 200 installations of SAP Custumer Checkout With SAP Business One and we need answers to the following enquires:

  1. Which would be, as your experience, the server sizing that we have to present to the client in order to avoid any performance issues?
  2. Every CCO may generates around 250 documents, which translates in 200.000 records per day stressing the database in SAP Business One, is there any chance that this integration with SAP BOne could be consolidated for the entries in SAP? The less records in SAP Business One the better.

Hoping this informations finds you well.

Best regards,

Hi Cesar,

wow, that are a lot of receipts per day. Currently there is no consilidation when using B1 as backend system and with this amount of receipts I would absolutely not recommend to integrate with B1.

With little to less process knowledge I would suggest, to use CCOm as backend system (we used it in several sport arenas where there a high peaks with receipts with no problems).

CCOm offers the feature "dispatching" where you could sent all receipts coming from all ccos into a middleware, consolidate them and send this consolidated receipt to Business One.

Drop me a line if you need any further information.

Regards

Robert
