Email template

Hello,

I am trying to create a workflow to trigger an email based on service ticket creation. The system is asking to upload html template in C4C or i want to use a email template that i already created in service templates .

Could someone please help me?

Hi Sondes,

The Templates that you have created in Service WC =>Templates are response templates that the Agent can use while responding from within a Ticket.

In case of Email from workflow, you will have to upload a new HTML file. If you have created a document based service template, you can use the same HTML document here.
