Hi Experts,
I am trying to configure the ERMS settings for Auto Acknowledgement reply emails for Customers mail in Sap S4 CRM.
Want to know does anyone has implemented this scenario before and if not,need help for step by step guidance to set conditions and SLA configurations, rules for auto reply mails when customer sends a mail to our recipient mail id.
