How to Extend only S2 controller of My Inbox app into already extended project with other objects?

Hi,

We have extended My Inbox fiori with only S2, S3 and Comments Views extended without S2 Controller.

Now i need apply custom filter into the extended project and the extension for this is available in S2 controller which was not extended initially.

Now to extended only S2 controller into the same extended project, I'm not able to find any option.

Kindly suggest me whether it's possible or not and i f possible please share some inputs which would be really helpful.

I tried to analyze the issue and it seems under NEW menu EXTENSION option should be there apart from EXTENSION PROJECT through which we can extend any object from MyInbox app into already extended app.

Can you suggest me how to get EXTENSION option under NEW menu.

1. you have to understand how ui5 extension works

2. look at the manifest.json, look for the code regarding extending s3, copy paste for s2, based on the knowledge of point 1.
