Error in Transaction SPROXY while creating Proxy :

An exception was raied in the communication framework:Error in HTTP Framework:404Connection Refused.

Exception of class CX_SLIB_HTTP_FAIL

I have checked st11 trace for dev_icm file it gives below error :

ERROR => NiBufIConnect: non-buffered connect pending after 5000ms

warning : connect to url failed NIECONN_REFUSED.

Request you to please let me know, what should i check for this error ?

Yes, WSDL of proxy in SAP PI have a field with complex type.

Check if XSD/WSDL of proxy in SAP PI have a field with complex type or if you have import statment in the WSDL which is refering to schema at url.
