ETM planning board , Equipment unavailability due to maintenance

Dear PM/ETM Experts,

My question is related to ETM module. I need suggestions on below two points-

1.On ETM planning board, once an Equipment gets assigned to a recipient, how we can plan the scheduled maintenance for this equipment itself and show as unavailability of this equipment for maintenance duration, on planning board.Example – Crane is maintained as own Equipment and on ETM planning board, assigned to a recipient from 01.01.2019 to 30.06.2019 (6 months). During this period, its own preventive maintenance need to be taken up for 7 days. How to show on ETM planning board the unavailability of that Equipment during these 7 days?

2. Is there any process for capacity planning for the work via Equipment e.g. a requester need a Crane (capacity 10 T). If this crane works in all three shifts of 8 hrs. per day, work can be completed in say 10 days. But in between there happed a breakdown for this crane, and crane can only lift 5 T after maintenance. How to show this on ETM planning board? How to calculate effective capacity requirement to complete the remaining task. If possible please brief the Capacity planning in ETM in detail.
