Name of Standard Form: MM_PUR_PURCHASE_ORDER

I have a requirement, which demands to print 2 separate ADOBE FORMS from a single trigger, example, I have a PO form Standard Form: MM_PUR_PURCHASE_ORDER and a separate custom form which includes Terms & Conditions, Now as per the requirement, Is there any way possible both of these forms can be triggered while printing Purchase Order. Is there any way to perform some configuration in output management or some other way?
Please help in this regard.

Hi Chirag,

SAP provides (pre-delivered) output types for standard application object type (ie, PO, sales orders, invoices, and etc.) in S4HC. If the “terms and condition” form is one of the standard output types for purchase orders, which I don’t think it is, then you would be able to configure output control to generate output for it in addition to the normal PO output -- As far as I know, there is only 1 output type for PO's and that is "purchase_order".

That said, there may be other ways to meet your requirements. It’s important to know in this case if the terms and condition changes depending on the purchase order (I,e. what’s being purchased, supplier, customer, and etc..) or is it always a static form with the same terms and conditions? Also, do you need to include the terms and conditions for every PO or just occasionally? Based on that, we may recommend something more manual that leverages the attachment/merge feature of output management or something more automated that requires extensions (form development using Adobe Livecycle Designer).

Good luck to you on your project!
