ByDesign : How to inward spares recovered from a scraped product

Dear Team,

We have recovered useful parts from a scrapped product which we need to inward in production system.

Option 1 :Production Module to disassemble product

Option 2 :Use Inventory Adjustment

Need to know right way to inward these spares in system.
