BODS invalid Key error however key product hasn't expired yet

Hello everybody,

I've been using BODS 4.2 SP10 for 2 months, once the key is invalid i installed a new one, however when i want to sign in, i've still got the same error : "invalid key"

I checked the License manager several times, the key is valid and will be expired in 40 days

Hi Chaouki Mejri,

Could you please check both the license key expiration dates in the

BI Platform Services--> IPS/CMC --> License Manager

SAP Data Services --> License Manager

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Data Services\bin>LicenseManager.exe -v

You can use the Emergency License Key's Provided by the SAP for the time being.

Hi Akhilesh Kiran,

Yes indeed, the problem was with the BI platform license which is on the top of BODS license
