Hi.. can I know how the field” credit value” in vkm3 is displaying???

Yes. it Says ,

The value is

The quantity not delivered / the quantity not billed.

But , when I try to release the sale order for which no delivery and no invoice has been posted , it still shows 0

Hi ,

It is basically open Quantity of sales order multiplies by Net price of item.

Order

Item Quantity Price 10 10 PC 10 * $10 = $100

In a schedule line, 6 pieces have been delivered. In another schedule line, 4 pieces are still open.

Credit value = 4 * $10 = $40.

Please check the open Quantity & Net price of the sales order if either of anyone is Zero or not.

If you are able to assist on your own, please do so. Avoid copy pasting from SAP. Already OP has confirmed that he has hit F1 key where the same content is there from where you copy pasted.
