JSM Health Check not showing latest data.

Dear expert,

I am having problem with Solman 7.2 JSM Health Check Report(ie.Daily View) not showing latest data. Instead, it is showing last 7 days data.It was ok previously. How to solve this issue?

I have read/followed the guide but could not find what I missed. Anyway, I have logged a ticket

53656 / 2019 SOLMAN JSM Health Check only show last week data. Anyway, SAP response is too slow.

Hello Adam,

I would suggest you to review

JM Health Check Setup Guide from Job Management Wiki.

From there, you will see all instructions to have correct behavior of Healthcheck report.

In case issue is still not solved, create an incident under component SV-SMG-PSM, and corresponding team will review configuration. If so, attach some screenshots of the issue.
