SAP C4C Data workbench error with "Internal error; create an SAP incident"

Currently, we have encountered a problem of importing Sales Quote, Sales Quote Item via data workbench. In Sales Quote standard BO, we extended some custom validations for checking the input data of sales quote items.

This problem is reproduced as following, we have a CSV file with sales quote item records, if any record is stuck with our custom validation the next records will throw the "Internal error; create an SAP incident" message (as attached image).

We have tested multiple time with different number of sales quote records (from 3 to 200), the problem is still occurred.

Any advice or suggestions for my case is highly appreciated.

Hello phamphu,

You can re-process the DWB import by fixing the data that is failing the custom validation.

For better understanding, the custom validation sets the failed flag which halts the further import of data.

Kindly, try the import by fixing the issue with the custom validation or switch off the custom validation during the data IMPORT.
