Add Shell Plugin to Fiori Launchpad in SAP Solution manager

Hello,

I have a dumb question. Right now, it is possible to add a Shell Plugin as an App Type on the SAP Cloud Platform (WEB IDE / Portal) so we can call Shell through the Component.js and display popups, overlays, etc. instead of having Apps to be clicked on.

Let's say I'd like to deploy such an overlay component to the SAP Solution Manager Launchpad. I can't see any option for Shell Plugin in SolMan. Is there anyway to call a Shell Plugin? or a workaround to do so?

The Component.js that has been developed in the Cloud is deployed successfully to the SAPUI5 ABAP repository, and the SICF service is generated, but I'm not sure to understand how we can have it displayed on the SAP Solution Manager Launchpad.
