My new requirement is like my client is selling service like he don't create material nor purchase it he provide service like to airport cleaning ,water desalination ,railway station maintenance contract etc he wants to map these in sap SD Create order for this and do billing periodic wise the cost of manpower ,machine used must be included in sales order itself from one order he creates multiple billing period wise is there any configuration to do it in sap ?

As I said already, you need to have a material code for man charge for which the UoM can be Hour. Similarly, for rest of the activities, you need to maintain master data with right UoM and pricing condition record.

Have you not come across Periodic Billing and Milestone Billing? Of course, from SD point of view, you need to have a material code for each and every activity.

Billing Plan is not issue how to material in sales order and how to get price for man charge and machine charge in pricing ?
