AuC to Main Asset - Asset Determination (KO88)

Hello All,

I am working on a scenario -

Step1 - Create Internal Order (Investment Order)

Step2 - Assign Budget

Step3- PO is created

Step4 - Service Entry sheet is created

Step5 - MIGO + MIRO

Step6 - KO88 (Settle IO to AuC).

In Step6, in background AuC is always settled to Main Asset # ABC001.

My Qn - (1) How system is determining Asset # ABC001 (2) If I want to change from ABC001 to XYZ001 - How to do it.

Its not clear what you mean here by 'main asset'.

    - if ABC001 is the AuC - the IO is implicitly linked to the AuC. It gets automatically created when you release the IO. Usually the link between IO and AuC is 1:1

    - if ABC001 is the final fixed asset - this is created manually and updated in the IO settlement rule. You can change it there.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Sachin,

In Step # 6, you said that the IO settling the values to Final Asset instead of AUC. Normally, this should not happen as the AUC Asset Class will have a have a different setup with Investment Measure in OAOA and assigned it to the Investment Profile. You can verify the same in the below path.

SPRO -> Investment Management -> Internal Orders as Investment Measures -> Master Data ->

Define Investment Profile -> Define Investment Profile

Also, as Gayathri said, AUC will be created in the background when you create an Internal order hence AUC will be the default value receiver from Internal order.

Did you change the AUC Asset manually in KO02?

Can you check and provide us more details on the issue with the screen shot?

    Thanks,

    Konni
