How to make ICF node as public URL

Hi,

I'm creating ICF with adding handler class as `CL_HTTP_EXT_WEBDAV_PUBLIC`. But it is still asking for logins. How can I skip this login popup without setting credentials at ICF node level.

I'm looking for similar services like `ICONS` node in Public folder.

How do you have configured "Logon data" in ICF service screen?
