SMTP Error in HANA Alert configuration

I am getting following error HANA Indexserver trace files for HANA Studio Alert configuration.

SMTP protocol error, expected 250, got 452: 4.5.3 Recipients belong to multiple tenants

Any Idea how to solve the error. Our Outlook is hosted on Office365. Any specific settings needed on O365 to solve the issue?

In the first view it looks for me, that your indexserver possibly running out of memory, but without checking the trace files, we can't tell you more in details. If this is the case, we should check what cause the memory shortage. Please open a support incident for the component HAN-DB and send the full system info dump files to check.

I have solved the HANA memory issue with known bug and planned for a SAP HANA revision update. my question was about why SAP received the SMTP error "SMTP protocol error, expected 250, got 452: 4.5.3 Recipients belong to multiple tenants" Is it is a issue on Outlook side?
