How to generate PTO based on Employee percent of last year in SAP HR

so here the user is using the standard RPTQTA00 for generating the PTO Quota for the Part Time employees.

His requirement is to create PTO Based on his percentage as of this year.

So for this year if the employee percent in IT0007 is 75% then we need to generate only 75% of PTO of his actual eligibilty and if it is only 50% then we need to generate only 50% hours of actual quota.

so some have Time evaluation and some dont have, so whats the approach for this requirement ? Thanks in advance,

You should generate quota through time evaluation if you are running. You should develop a simple PCR to read requested filed from IT0007 to multiply into base entitlement.

If there is no Time evaluation , you need to with Customisation.

How about using TQTA Schema ?
