Download more than 500 Product Assignment Records from Manage Product Lifecycle App.

Dear SAP Friends,

How do I download more than 500 records of Product Assignments from Manager Product Lifecycle app. Please refer below screenshot.

In the IBP WEB UI under the Manage Product Lifecycle I have 751 records saved. When I go to export however it only exports the first 500 records. I couldn’t figure out a way to expand the view to show all 751 records. I need to know how to be able to download the total records I have in MPL.

Is there a global parameter which I need to adjust? Requesting your input.

Hi Satish,

If exporting records in batches is acceptable, you can apply filters (for e.g. Created On - Before or On - specific date then Created On - After - specific date) to split 751 records in a way that doesn't cross 500 records limit.
