Hi Experts,

We have BO 4.2 SP4 Patch 1 installed and we were trying to install Lumira Server 2.2. The setup got stuck at "Undeploying web applications" and hence we cancelled the setup. Then we tried login to BI Launchpad and CMC but we are getting below error:

Error: Could not reach CMS ‘hostname:6400’. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)

We referred some SAP notes regarding the same but not sure which one to follow. Please assist.

You should not have cancelled it.
Now you need to start with repair of your BI platform, there are KBA's on that you can use as guide.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Before going for a repair of BI platform, we referred note 2590536 and followed steps mentioned in it. We manually removed BOE folder which is done in the setup at "Undeploying web applications" stage. Then we restarted the installation. this time it did not stuck at "Undeploying web applications" and got successfully completed. After that we restarted SIA and we were able to login to Launchpad and CMC. Everything is working fine now including existing schedules too.
