SAP Business ByDesign Tax on Tax Scenario

Dear Experts,

During configuration of Withholding tax for a non-localized country in SAP Business ByD, I found a reference to Tax on Tax scenario in ByD. It was a very short reference in SAP documentation which did not explain how to achieve this scenario or where to find more information but it would be extremely useful for us in case this is achievable in ByD. Could you please point me in right direction to find more detailed information on how to achieve this scenario?

Thank you for providing the link - I am familiar with Localization toolkit though. I was referring to specific tax scenario (tax on tax) which was briefly mentioned in one of the localization guides and I am looking for more details on this specific tax on tax scenario - any SAP documentation or guide.
