When you do NOT use the common filter, but a specific filter per each MD type, you get all attributes for that specific MD type which are assigned to the planning area and which are not of type Decimal
When something is missing, check assignment to planning area and data type, and if there are any authorization restrictions

Hi Rex,
Are you referring to have an attribute in the filter no matter it is associated with specific master data? If yes, then you should use Common Filter which is the checkbox on the upper left corner and as pointed by Irmhild.

Hi Ankur,
What i need is do not use the common filter and have the list in the checkbox. and i already get the info I want.
Thanks again for the feedback.

Hi Rex,
Yes, we can add the attribute in filter list.
Please assign that particular attribute in the planning area using "configuration" app in web UI. Thereafter you will see the attribute in filter list within excel add-in.
Hope this solves your problem.

Neeraj

You can filter on anything available in the master data, as long as you are not restricted by any authorization. If the object is standard or self defined does not matter, it just has to be assigned to the planning area. You will see the available attributes you can filter on when clicking on the little black triangle

Hi Irmhild,
I might understand we can do that in the common filter, but if I want to do that without in the common filter, can I still do that or not, as the screen shot i attached, when I want to use the filter to download the Production Source Item data, it just show some attribute in the Production Source Item master Data.
Thanks.
Rex
