Hi all,
For ChaRM, in my approval procedure, there are 2 step procedures. For each one is designed automatically by "Rule Policy" to each specific Partner ID (Step 1 designed to "CAB1" and step 2 designed to "CAB2").
I am trying to create some way to restrict authorization or other way to make sure "CAB1" approve only step 1 and "CAB2" only "CAB2".
I created specific roles and assigned each one for "CAB1" and "CAB2" user account. The difference between this roles is about "CRM_ORD_OP" authorization object. By this authorization object, each Partner Funtion its associated with different partner function by "CAB1" and "CAB2" into "PARTN_FCT".
Even so, "CAB1" has authorization to approve the other step not associated to it.
Any idea?
Best Regards!
Hi,
After a long research, please se below what is necessary to restrict only BP approval only the respective step approval.
