archiving PR and PO

Hello,

when i check the test variant in transaction SARA to display the PR's that can't be archiving i faced the both error message in Log

1- Item category finds no entry in application-specific Customizing

2- Requested quantity is not completely ordered

I must to fix both errors messages to archive all PR's, what i do to fix this messages

Dear David,

sorry for alot of question but i found that all my document types linked with 6 item category as below

then when check the Residence time 1 & Residence time 2 of each one all the same as below

please your advice for what we need to change or what we will do after that.

For your information that we need to archive this PR's and PO's from 2005 to 2017 only even if we made each year seperatly

Review information in SAP note:

401318: Archiving: Additional information

"Customizing must contain an entry for the combination document type/item category for the residence time".

Check the link between document type and item category in the following path:

Transaction OLME > Purchase Requisition > Define Tolerance Limit for Archiving > Purchasing Doc. Type > Item Category

Ensuring the correct entry should resolve the issue.

First thank you for your answer but i will try it and reply to you if it solved or no,

this note will solve both errors or you mentioned only the first question!?
