Cost Element - SAP Business one

Hi Everyone,

Would anyone happen to know how to use "cost elements" in SAP B1 9.3?
I could not find any information on the To go document, what's new or any SAP document or anything in Google.
Not even a help or context file help in SAP B1.sap-b1cost-element.png
