Expense Types - Setup (SAP B1)

Hi Experts,

Would you know where the "Expense Types - Setup" - Not paid by company in SAP B1 is being used?
Administration>>Setup>>Financials>> Expense Types

I know how the function works if "Paid by Company" is not selected;however, I don't know where it works if the "paid by company" is selected.
