Dear experts,

This is a standard issue and i had searched most of SCN threads but i am not getting the solution for this issue.

We are importing the document info records from 1 system to another using the idocs, if we are receiving a new idoc for an existing document info record with a file in "Check in" status then the new inbound idoc is getting failed with below error

Error while checking in and storing: - Message no. 26253

In SLG1 logs, i could see an additional error

HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error 3010: trying to recreate document 'XXXXXXXXXX'. - unexpected internal error

Message no. CMS025

I had checked the connection of HTTP and it is in status "Running" in t-code CSADMIN for the content repository but i am getting the below message

HTTP error: 501 Not Implemented ICS:5003: The ArchiveLink command ?adminContRep?is not supported in this scenario

Message no. CMS025

Please let me know what all the additional checks to be checked for this issue

Regards

J.balakrishnan

Hello J.Balakrishnan,

From SAP side you can check the information from the application log(SLG1).

And you have to contact Opentext for this issue.

David

Hello,

HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error 3010: trying to recreate document 'XXXXXXXXXX'. - unexpected internal error

So as the content repository in question here, lies on an OpenText Archive server.

Regarding

HTTP error: 501 Not Implemented ICS:5003: The ArchiveLink command ?adminContRep?is not supported in this scenario

The Transaction CSADMIN or the link to CSADMIN in OAC0 should only be accessed when using the SAP Content Server. It is the transaction for Administration for SAP Content Server.

CSADMIN should not be accessed when using a content server from any 3rd party vendor and error messages are expected.

So you need to check the issue with OpenText.

David

Hi David,

When i am importing a new IDOC for an existing document info record then the idoc results in failure and also my existing PDF files or other attachments gets deleted. We are receiving the below error message

Error while checking in and storing: - Message no. 26253

should we check any customization settings in SAP side? Is it a standard SAP behavior is to delete and recreate a document again in receiving SAP system? In this case my PH_OBJID will remain the same for the attachments. Please let me know how can i check this issue
