Very green Crystal user working thru the growing pains.
I am modifying a report in MISys using a local seat of Crystal Reports 2016. I've exported a schema from MISys that includes a few custom fields, set the datasource location to the new schema, report runs fine, locally.
I copied the schema and report to a matched location on our hosted MISys server, set the datasource location to the hosted location and report will not pull the custom field info although everything else works. I believe that the issue is related to the paths but they match exactly. Anyone seen similar behavior, have any hints on how to get this working?
I'm using a mapped drive, I'll see about switching to a unc path, thanks for the hint.

Are you using a mapped drive (drive:\\path) or a UNC path (\\server\path)? If you're not using a UNC path, give that a try.
