Cash Journal Printing - One company code, two sites

Hello SAP community,

The company that I am working at has amalgamated with another location in the same city and will be recording cash journal activity within the same company code. A new set of cash journals will be created in FBCJC0.

The request is to have the cash journal receipts printed at two different locations specific to the cash journal number that is being used.

However when looking at FBCJC3 we have a print program set as RFKORD80. The problem looks to be that we cannot distinguish between the two locations to print a certain set of cash journals numbers at a location.

I have come up with two options:

  1. Make a change to FBCJC3 table V_TCJ_PRINT to include a column for field name CAJO_NUMBER and create another print program to print at this new location (not recommended), or
  2. Create a user exit in the print program RFKORD80 to look for a defined CAJO_NUMBER and print to a certain location (being considered)

Are there any other ways that I should consider or something I have missed?

Thanks in advance

Hi Tony,

  1. I think you can create 2 variants and then default the CJ number for site 1 and 2. After that hide the CJ number select option.
  2. Create 2 T-codes for the same program RFKORD80 with different variant for site 1 and 2

with this the site can only print the CJ respectively.
