SAP Contact Center Agent State Report

Hi,

I need to trace the states the agents had in the past, when they changed to Not ready etc .... I do not need the time they spent in that state. I need the exact time they did the change, that is, a kind of activity log for every agent.

I know there isn´t a standard report but which is the table I should use to get this info?.

Hi Lasse,

Thanks for your answer, Yes I am already using that table, but I am not sure of the info stored in fields "value1" and "value2". It seems to be different depending on the state. Do you know where this information could be found?

Hi

If you can't get the necessary results from the aggregated data in FactCEMAgents, you could always drill down to the details in history database, TAOperatorLog(Detail) tables. As referenced also by the SAP Contact Center Reporting Data Guide.
