Troubles configuring Surveys

We are trying to implement surveys in our C4C tenant. We have scoped surveys, assigned the corresponding work centers and made the facets available on all the necessary views. Main area we want to attached surveys are to both Opportunities and Tickets. From my research, we need "Checklist" surveys.

I can only create a "Satisfaction" type survey.

What might we have missed?

Please follow the below steps to ensure that all other Survey categories are visible

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Click on Edit Project Scope button.
  4. Click on Next button until reach tab 3 Review Questions.
  5. Go to Sales --> Account and Activity Management --> Activity Management.
  6. Under Survey, check the question Do you want to maintain surveys in the system?.
  7. Save.

If the above is not maintained , then you will see only satisifaction surveys.

A KBA was created since: 2642896 - Survey Categories Missing,

this can be opened via Search Engine.
