How Log changes in zfield i have added in mara?

Hi

I added a zfield in mara for some information,i want to log changes in this field , in user exit

EXIT_SAPLMGMU_001 I just have current value,how i can take pere value to create my own log in another ztable?

is it possible to insert this change in CDHDR and CDPOS and using MM04 for report?
