Bidder could not see anything in Live auction applet

Hi

We are having SRM4.0 version with classic scenario.

We have created a Live auction and sent a mail to bidder to respond to auction.

When bidder logged into and connect to live auction then a blank applet window opens without any information visible.

When a purchaser logs to live auction all auction details are visible and the auction is in active.

Bidder is given the role SAP_BBP_STAL_BIDDER

and purchaser is given the roles SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASER & SAP_BBP_STAL_BIDDER.

Please suggest me what is the problem for not showing the auction details in the bidder's applet window.
