System copy via transports (jumpstart solution)

We want to create a jumpstart of our solution. We want this jumpstart built from the transports that already exist in our source system. We want to transfer both respository and customizing transports. Some transports in our source system have been released but most have not. The target system is not in the transport domain. What we want to be able to do is copy all the transports of our source system (repository and customizing) and transfer them into the target ('jumpstart') system

without affecting the transports already in the queue. Is this possible with ECC 6.0 and can a system copy be implemented this way? If so please direct as to how?
