SAP HANA interaction with Regi Command Line

I have installed hdbclient to connect to my local SAP HANA server (i have downloaded the express Edition).
I use regi to interacte with the SAP HANA Repository.
The issue is that when i make regi checkout package myPackage1 for example ,i can see some packages that i had previously commited them but when i log to the SAP HANA Studio with the SYSTEM user ,they are unavailable.

When i made regi checkout package public

Here is what i see.

But in SAP HANA Studio i don't see the packages aa and the other files a.html and Abbbbbbbbbbbb.html
