SF-EC Automatic allowance Propagation of Salary Structure based on basic salary

Hi Friends,

i am new to SF-EC implementation, i have one client requirement for automatically populate allowance pay components based basic salary pay components.

Example :- if user enter basic salary (AUS-1000) - 4000 AUD.

than below additionally two more components heat allowance, car allowance populate with 10%,& 20% of basic salary.

heat allowance(AUS-1003)- 400 AUD

Car allowance(AUS-2001)- 800 AUD

above both added in paycomponents with recurring

Hi, if for the new hires - I would recommend mapping from offer letter to Employee Central Manage Pending Hires.

If you are needing this to be automatically populated post Hire changes - this could be done via OnSave Business Rule with the Base Object Being Compensation or Employee Information.
