KB15N or FB50

Good afternoon,

I am trying to move overtime worked hours (6100.11D0) initially charged to unit funds (Cost Center) to exercise funds (WBS). Should I use KB15N or FB50?

Hi Chong,

It depends what you expect to view in FI reports. Let says original posting to GL A with cost center A, Amount 100.

If repost with FB50

• GL A + cost center A = 0
• GL A + WBS A = 100

If repost with KB15N with CO-FI Reconciliation activation

• GL A + cost center A = 100
• GL B + cost center A = -100
• GL B + WBS A = 100

If repost with KB15N without CO-FI Reconciliation activation

• GL A + cost center A = 100 (this posting won't post to FI)

Hi A Chong,

If you intend to move from Cost center to WBS use FB50 or FB01 it would Debit the cost center and credit WBS.
