Problem with meter reading tolerance limits

Hi Experts,

I’am new on the DM module and I’m having some troubles to customize the tolerance limits for readings on SPRO: Define Tolerance Limits for Validation Classes

I have customized the validation class as below:

With this I was expecting for the “06 - Tolerance limits (relative)” validation the following rule:

  • For a consumption between 0 – 9 with a deviation(+-) over 90% should be displayed a warning.
  • For a consumption over 10 with a deviation(+-) over 55% should be displayed the error and the “Automatically Locked” status for the reading.

But when I entered a reading with consumption over 10(In this case 17,661 and over de 55% tolerance), the error never occurs, neither the reading gets the “Automatically Locked” status.

It only shows de warning for the “0 – 9 tolerance consumption” disregarding the “over 10 consumption” that i have customized:

I have already made the customizing below to apply the 06 validation to the validation class that i want to use(0003):

Allocate Independent Validations to Validation Classes

Define Validation Parameters for Validation Classes

The validation class is also correct applied on the installation i’am using.

Am I missing something?

Does anyone know why its not being applied the “over 10 tolerance” for a consumption above 10?

Hi,

you should add a third line with the upper limit not reachable, and that's all....enjoy because This customizing works by interval from MIN to MAX

For example

0003 100000 1 2 55 55
