Dear Hang,

We do not provide all the information from sales order to confirmation form. We only provide such information which would make sense to be sent to the account.

We can see that form message type 'FormPurchaseOrderConfirmation' which is used for sales order confirmation is extensible and you can extend it to add more elements in the same way and then these elements can be added on form as well via Adobe life-cycle designer.

Hope, this helps.

Roshni

Hello Roshni

Thank you for your answer.

Sales unit and Sales organization are making sense to us.

As you said FormPurchaseOrderConfirmation is extensible. How can I add sales unit and sales organization into it ?

If FormPurchaseOrderConfirmation doesnt have the information of sales unit and sales organization , How can I add it on form via Adobe life-cycle designer?

Please tell me how to extent the FormPurchaseOrderConfirmation. We really need sales unit and sales organization in the form.

Thank you

Dear Hang Lei,

you can simply create a new calculated extension field on General tab of Sales Order. Enter the sales unit ID as calculation value. Activate the new field for the sales order confirmation form template. (click on further usage) Publish the changes. Download the sales order confirmation XDP and add the new extension field binding to your form template via Adobe LifeCycle Designer.

Hope, this helps!

Tobias

Dear Tobias

Thank you for your suggestion.I have tried what you mentioned above.

It works!!!

But it only has ID, not the unit name. It means we have to do a lot of works in Adobe LifeCycleDesigner(write Javascript ).

We also need sales unit and sales organization in Sales Quotes, Inbound Delivery Notification and so on and we do not wanna create a lot of extension fields.

We are considering that input the information of sales unit in employee's master(department). So it will appear in the XML.

Thank you for response again.

Please have a good day!!!

Regards,

LEI
