Problems with opening URLs in MyInbox in User Task (bpmmyinbox)

Hello,

i have a problem with opening URLs from a UserTask in MyInbox.

The URLs contain documents, that are in my local repository. I can open/download them without problems in a external UI5 App, but when i want to open the URL in the UserTask in my Inbox, the path gets changed and i get an

HTTP Status 500 - An internal application error occurred.

The path differs from the one in the UI5 App. The OData Service works without problems.

This is the relevant path from the UI5 App, where it works:

and this is the path of the URL when i want to download the Docs from MyInbox and getting 500 Error:

Do i have to change a setting in my SCP Portal?

It says in the Fiori Launchpad Logging, that i can check the logs in application "bpmmyinbox", but i can't find it in my Applications or Subscriptions.

Does anyone have an idea whats the problem with my case?

Hi Stephan,

For this and your previous question on accessing an OData service from the workflow task UI, did you refer to the following blog? When you use external service in your custom UI, it will work when the application is opened in a browser in standalone mode; but as soon as you integrate the UI with user-task in workflow, it would stop working.

The reason is that the custom UI when shown as a task in My Inbox, get routed via My Inbox (through an internal destination named html5apps defined in is neo-app.json) and so all the external call must include this destination in their relative path to be able to make the right call.
