Copy process steps from one process to another in SOLDOC

I wish to copy the process steps from one main process to another. In my example I wish to copy all the process steps from "Plant Maintenance Master Data" to "Fleet Maintenance Master Data".

The Merge process simply moves the process step from one Process to another which is not what I want.

Yes, the Copy function works. I just did a quick test on my DEV system where I copied a process and pasted it. The process and associated process steps were duplicated.

The screenshot is from SP08 though.
