IT2002 Attendance Creation in PCR and Move to ZL Table

Dear All

have requirement to Read the Attendance type 9001 in Hours and Move to ZL table.

Also need to read the Hours in the ZL table of Payroll

Please guide me, very urgent

There are many ways you could accomplish your requirement, and what makes your query "very urgent" ?

Please start by reading on Time Evaluation Functions and Rules (and perhaps consult help.sap.com or the Time Management Wiki page of this site) and on Payroll for your Country (which you haven't mentioned).

One solution would be to use Time Operation RTIP to process a pcr that would use Time Operation OUTTPxxxxx

As for reading those hours in Payroll Calculation, first look what happens currently with Table ZL during Payroll Processing, and try to achieve what you require.

Solved the issue in Time and receiving Time wage type in ZL in Payroll.

Also written below PCR

Z1T1 Time type to ZL Overtime 3 2070 Overtime Hours AMT= 2000 Set Addition AMT/30 Division MULTI NAN Multipl.amt/no/rate ADDWT 2069 OT Output table

Inserted in the rule under X015 in XT00

But when running the payroll, PCR is not working.

Please advise is there anyother way to read/Process ZL

Also added the PCR in scheme ZMM4 (TM04)

Inserted below the Scheme lines

ACTIO TR90 Remunerate balance

ENDIF Endif (end of payroll period)

Above CUMBT

UMBT Update balances, wage types..

The PCR is just having input and output and has no processing happening

Pls help on the same.

Hi,

Yes you can read.. P2002 is the operation which does that.. you maintain the attendance type in IT2002 9001, which will be read by function P2002 in the schema, which you can see.. then you can read that through operation ACTIO through PCR and move it ZL table using the operation ADDZL..
