Error while logging on; contact your system administrator on Cloud Control Center

I have created Tenant and Open RDS then I try to log on the SAP B1. I got this error "Error while logging on; contact your system administrator"
I am not sure that I have to restart SLD agent in the Presentation Server.

Please check the workaround mentioned in SAP note 3027873.
