Idoc status 15 Negative Acknowledgement - ATLAS Export declaration

Hi Experts,

Please help me some insights on this below issues,

Recently we went live, when we process Export declaration for ATLAS, the outbound Idoc status is 15 - Interchange acknowledgement is negative but when we check with ATLAS authorities, they were confirmed that they have received our message and positive response has triggered from ATLAS as a response but we have not received any response to SAP GTS.

Parallel we are checking with our converter partner seeburger.
