How to change/enroll for FQDN (fully qualified domain name) for newly installed system?

Hi SAP Experts,

I have installed the system but at the time FQDN step it is not taking my FQDN what i am giving (ex: solman.cabs.com) so I have gave only solman there and proceeded.

Now I want to make this solman to solman.cabs.com (i.e.FQDN)

How to make this changes? Please confirm.

Actually the locahostname parameter is missing in host file on os level.

After being added this FQDN works.

I have maintained in /etc/host (OS is window) file, in SAPGLOBALHOST parameter:but still facing issue and not working that URL.

Any other place I have to maintain that entry?
